The main purpose of this website is to support Android indie game developers with tutorials, reviews and promotion of their games. The main difficulty for the developers is not to make the game, but to get exposure. To get it out there. If you find anything useful here, please spread the word. 2nd Game Round-up - February 2014

Every month I get more submissions and even though February is the shortest month, the increase is still noticeable. 13 games were submitted and one was reviewed. Again, I picked three that I consider the best from the rest that I would really like to review if I could.

Lumberwhack: Defend the Wild by Koloss Interactive

Excellent castle defense game. One of the few submitted games that I am keeping and playing. It has really nice graphics. You play a little monkey Koko Kornelius who is trying to defend his forest with a help of other animal friends. Each time you save a caged animal, they will join your side. The game has a few RPG elements, too. Overall well done, polished game that makes your time pass quickly.

The Domingos by TeaPOT Games

One of the many submissions that claim the game has "unique and original gameplay". But on of the few games that keeps the promise! Basically this game is about toppling dominos. In each level you have to build the dominoes to topple special domino pieces and avoid other special domino pieces. The game mechanics are very simple, but the game is a lot of fun!

Glow Snake by Jamie Ford

It looked like yet another snake game, but this one has really a lot of new features. Probably the most interesting are the multiplayer snake and the snake defense. If you are looking for ye old Nokia snake, try this one :)

He currently tries to make games in AndEngine like Mr. Dandelion's Adventures and hangs around a lot at the AndEngine forums.
